To Help Military Personnel and Veterans in Crisis:

Active Military Service members and veterans, as well as their family and friends, are not alone when it comes to mental health.

The Department of Veterans Affairs hosts a Veterans Crisis Line. The line is confidential and available 24/7. Veterans can call, chat, or text to receive immediate support in times of crisis.

Call 1-800-273-8255, text 838255, or visit the website to chat in real time.
