Indiana Mortgage Payment Assistance
The Hardest Hit Fund (HHF) helps qualifying Indiana homeowners make monthly mortgage payments to catch up on their mortgage loan commitments. The Fund’s mortgage assistance loan
provides up to $30,000 to eligible Indiana residents.
Qualifying involuntary financial hardships include, but are not limited to:
- An involuntary loss of employment or reduction in employment income
- A reduction in household income due to the death of a spouse
- Loss of employment income related to medical procedures or emergencies
