Indiana Hardest Hit Fund

Get Help. Get Hope.

Because your home is important. It’s where your most precious memories are made. And, we want to help you keep it.

If you are an Indiana homeowner and have fallen behind on your mortgage payments due to involuntary financial hardships, then, the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network and United Way of Porter County may be able to help you keep your home with assistance from the State of Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund.

"You really changed our life. This will give us time to make a new plan to change our lifestyle and find something different to do. At my age, the construction business is very hard on this old body. Thank you so much for guiding us through this process and working with us as well as you did."
-- Donnie, Hardest Hit Fund recipient
