Porter County Aging & Community Services will host a presentation on the “Alzheimer’s Resources in Northwest Indiana” on Tuesday, July 22 at 10 a.m. at the Friendship Center (1005 Campbell Street, Valparaiso). Sarah Floyd, the Community Services Liaison for the Alzheimer’s Association, will discuss the resources available in Northwest Indiana through the Alzheimer’s Association and other agencies, how to know what type of help you need, and how the Association supports caregivers and people suffering from Alzheimer’s and related dementia. This is a great program for seniors and/or caregivers for those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s.
